These terms govern use of the Clerin website and the procurement and market-access services of Clerin Enterprises (Private) Limited. Using this site or instructing us to source on your behalf means you accept them. Specific commercial terms on a quotation or order confirmation take precedence for that order.

What this website is

This site is an enquiry and information channel. Categories, examples and product names describe sourcing capabilities, not inventory. Nothing on the site is an offer capable of acceptance, a tender, or a representation that a named brand has appointed Clerin.

Quotations and contracts

Quotations are invitations to treat, valid for the period stated, and subject to manufacturer availability, exchange rates and freight. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing. Title in goods remains with Clerin until payment is received in full. Risk passes on delivery to the named destination or as otherwise agreed in the confirmation.

Warranties and liability

Manufacturer warranties apply where offered and within the relevant territory. Clerin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delay, specification change, manufacturer discontinuation or events outside our reasonable control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this site, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another organisation. We may decline or close an enquiry that we cannot lawfully or commercially support.
