Anti-bribery policy

Clerin Enterprises (Private) Limited does not offer, give, request or accept bribes. This applies to employees, directors and anyone acting on our behalf, in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom and every market we source from or sell into.

What we mean

A bribe is anything of value offered or received to improperly influence a commercial or public decision — cash, gifts, hospitality, kickbacks, facilitation payments or inflated commissions.

Procurement practice

Quotations, supplier selection and order placement are based on specification, availability, commercial terms and documented supply route. We will not inflate a price, divert a commission or conceal a related party to win or place business.

Gifts and hospitality

Modest, infrequent hospitality that is transparent and proportionate to a legitimate business relationship may be acceptable. Anything that could reasonably be seen as an inducement is not.

Public officials

We do not claim government accreditation. Where we support institutional or government-linked buyers, we do so as a commercial sourcing partner and comply with applicable anti-corruption law.

Reporting

Raise a concern with a director or write to [email protected]. We will not penalise anyone for reporting a genuine concern in good faith.
