Supplier terms

These terms apply to manufacturers, authorised distributors and other supply partners who apply to work with Clerin, or who quote against a Clerin RFQ.

Application is not appointment

Submitting a supply-partner application does not create an exclusive, agency or distribution appointment. Clerin reviews applications and will respond if there is a commercial fit. We do not publish a public directory of named partners.

Accuracy

You warrant that authorisation status, brands represented, certifications and export capability stated in your application or quotation are true. We may request evidence before introducing you to a buyer.

Confidentiality

RFQ details, buyer identities and pricing shared by Clerin are confidential and may be used only to prepare a quotation for that requirement. Do not contact the end buyer except through Clerin unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Quotations

Quotes should state Incoterms, lead time, validity, origin and any minimum order. You are responsible for export compliance from your territory.

No public endorsement

Relationship badges on this site describe types of supply route. They are not an endorsement of a named company unless Clerin has confirmed that relationship in writing.
